  • Paystubs Covering 2 months of employment.
  • W2 for previous two years
  • Bank Statements covering 3 months (all accounts)
  • Quarterly 401K or IRA Statements
  • Driver’s License for all borrowers (a photocopied onto a word document)
  • Social Security Card for all borrowers
  • 1099 forms for any self-employment income
  • Previous two years of tax returns
  • Employer contact information and employment information for past 24 months
  • If currently renting – landlord contact information
  • Copy of current lease if renting
  • If you own other real estate, we need the address and type of property info for each property.
