The Second Look
Not sure about your lender?
Let us look.
Maybe you were told no. Maybe you were told yes by someone who takes three days to return a call. Maybe the numbers keep changing and nobody will explain why. Send us what you have. Within two business days, a licensed loan originator will have read it, and you'll get a phone call with a straight answer.
What we promise
Straight answers.
No sales pitch.
Confidentiality.
Your file is seen by your loan originator, Steve Knox, and our underwriter. Nobody else. Your current lender will not hear from us, and neither will your agent unless you ask us to call them.
Discretion.
We've been doing this for 23 years. We know a denial usually means the lender didn't understand the income, not that the borrower can't afford the house. You won't be lectured or judged. You'll be listened to.
A real answer.
Not a sales pitch, not "let's see what we can do." If we can do your loan, we say so and start a full underwriter-reviewed preapproval within five business days. If your current loan is actually a fair deal, we say that too. If you're already under contract, we tell you honestly whether switching lenders is worth the timing risk.
Staying with you.
If the answer is not yet, we don't disappear. You'll have a one-page written path showing what underwriting needs and when you'll have it, and we stay with you until you're approved. No fee. No obligation. No hand-off.
How it works
Four steps.
- 01
Tell us what happened, or send us your denial letter, preapproval letter, or Loan Estimate. Leave out Social Security and account numbers.
- 02
Steve Knox reviews every file. Within two business days, the loan originator licensed in your state calls you with the answer.
- 03
If yes, your underwriter-reviewed preapproval starts the same day.
- 04
If not yet, you get your written plan and a lender who stays on your side.
