Caleb was born in Colorado and grew up in Mill Creek, WA attending Jackson High School where he served on the student-body for three years. He was an 8-time state meet competitor in cross country and track and field, serving two years as team Capitan and finishing his career with the Walsh-Platt District Academic-Leadership Award for athletes. Caleb went on to compete at the University of Washington as 4-year varsity athlete in cross country and track and field. He graduated with All-Pac 10 academic honors for NCAA athletes, and earned a B.A. in English Literature and Writing, with minors in History and International Studies.
Over the next decade, Caleb spent time traveling to Europe, Latin America and Asia. He studied permaculture, became a nationally certified sommelier, and helped operated several successful high-end restaurants in San Francisco. He then transitioned into the holistic health field, teaching yoga and physical therapy and served private clients as a consultant for physical and nutritional wellness.

Caleb entered into mortgage loan origination upon creating the goal of helping friends and family become financially sovereign and achieve their personal and business goals.
Caleb understands that increasing personal freedom, and enjoying life with our families is what really matters in life. Business and Mortgage Experience:
As AmCap-founder Steve Knox’s son, Caleb grew up around the business and was able to see the growth of AmCap over the past 20 years, gaining invaluable perspective. As an operations and marketing assistant at AmCap in the past, Caleb helped with and learned from AmCap’s sponsorship of the Run of The Mill charity road race. Over the years Caleb witnessed the growth of a steady base of satisfied clients, and business driven via referrals of happy clients. Caleb continues the legacy of his father in focusing on service and impeccable ethics, knowing that meeting the client’s needs via communication, availability and follow through are what create sustainable business.
